I understand that employment at this company is "at will," which means that either I or Henry Better Homes, LLC. can terminate the employment relationship at any time, with or without prior notice, and for any reason not prohibited by statute. I further acknowledge that I will be placed on a 90 day probation period, where for any reason I can be terminated. All employment is continued on that basis. I understand that no one other than the owner has any authority to alter the foregoing. I understand that I will be required to provide my social security number to Henry Better Homes, LLC. to conduct a criminal background check and that I will be required to submit to a drug and alcohol screen to be considered for employment.
